Returns & Exchanges Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product details (item name, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if the item is damaged (helps us improve our gear)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our fishing gear specialists will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special handling notes for your ice fishing equipment
Step 3: Package and Ship
Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached (just like you’d carefully pack your gear after a day on the ice):
- Include the return authorization number on your package
- Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned ice fishing gear:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
Exchange Information
For exchanges (because every angler deserves the perfect setup):
- We’ll ship your replacement ice fishing equipment once we receive your return
- No additional shipping charges if exchanging for an item of equal or greater value
- For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our ice fishing community, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used Soft Baits: For hygiene reasons, opened packages of soft baits cannot be returned
- Customized Equipment: Ice rods or reels with custom modifications
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance products (we’ll always note these)
Damaged or defective items are exempt from these restrictions – we’ll replace them immediately.
International Returns
For our global ice fishing community (excluding Asia and select remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund original customs/duties charges
